The issue has been investigated Queen's ITS has resolved the issue.



Description:

An issue has been identified by the AMS IT Department where Teams calls are being dropped and video and call quality is poor when in the LaSalle building.


Current Status:

There was an issue identified on the network where certain ports were not communicating to Teams servers. We actively worked with Queen's ITS to resolve.
