Description:

An issue has been identified by the AMS IT Department where Teams calls are being dropped and video and call quality is poor when in the LaSalle building.


Current Status:

There is an issue identified on on the network where certain ports are not communicating to Teams servers. We are actively working with Queen's ITS to resolve.
