The issue is currently being investigated and we have a ticket raised with Microsoft support who have their engineers investigating the issue.



Description:

An issue has been identified by the AMS IT Department where staff are seeing user names appearing incorrectly or reverting to previous position holder names. 


Example:

You search for a staff member using Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and the user's email address appears correctly but the name of the user is for someone who may have held that position previously.
