Occasionally, we receive errors when staff click on the notifications from Business Central that there is an invoice that requires their attention. They will click the link and be taken to a certificate error page. It appears that restarting the production environment will resolve this issue.
Navigate into the Admin Centre of Business Central.
Go to Environments -> Production -> Sessions
Choose 'Restart Environment'
Note:
This will terminate all user sessions and kick everyone out of Business Central. Please make sure to schedule this when it is convenient for accounting.
