OUTLOOK RULES GUIDE:

Microsoft has a feature called Rules which can automatically move the email to a specific folder if it meets the condition that you specified in the rules. E.g., If you created a specific folder, all the emails based on that folder go automatically into that folder if there are specific rules applied to that folder.

The easiest and most common rule to create allows you to move an item from a particular sender or with specific words in the subject line to another folder. You can make this rule directly from a message you've already received. Controls are easily customizable. There are a variety of options you can set for each type of rule you create.

HOW TO CREATE A RULE?
