It happens! Whether it's due to a technical issue or we forget it, inevitably there comes a time when you need a password reset. Thankfully there are a few options!



Option 1:

Visit the login page for Microsoft 365 at https://login.microsoftonline.com and choose the 'Can't access your account?' link. It should ask you if you are using a work/school or personal account. Make sure to choose 'Work or school account'. This should then bring you to a link to reset your password.

*Please note that changing your password will also change the password on any AMS computer you login to as well.



Option 2:

You can use the Microsoft Self Service Password Reset tool to reset your Microsoft 365 password. Just follow the link below and step through the prompts:

Option 3:

If you are using an AMS computer that runs Windows, you can press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and choose 'Change Password'. It will ask for your current password and a new password.
