Preparation:

You must have Microsoft Teams installed and running and OneDrive signed into your account.

Installation:

Once signed into your computer, ensure that you can access Microsoft Teams (Desktop version, not Teams on the web) and Microsoft OneDrive (Desktop version, not on the web).

  • Open Teams
  • Navigate to your list of Teams and choose "Common Ground Coffee House"

  • In the Team that opens there will be a channel called "CGSALES" on the left. You will want to click that channel, then select the "Files" tab at the top. Once it shows the list of CGSALES files, click the "Sync" button:

This will open OneDrive and begin your syncing of the CGSALES tool to your account.

  • Once synced, open OneDrive by double clicking on the blue cloud icon in your taskbar.
  • You will then have Windows Explorer open. On the left of your open window, navigate to "Alma Mater Society" -> "Common Ground Coffee House - CGSALES" as per the image below:

  • In the folder that opens, locate the CGSALES exe file. Right click the file, choose "More Options" if needed and choose "Send To" -> Desktop. This will create a shortcut on the desktop so you do not need to browse to this folder every time you need to run CGSALES.

  • You're done!

Additional Notes:

The CGSALES tool is being hosted in Teams which will sync using OneDrive. If your account ever gets signed out of OneDrive, the tool will fail to sync properly. ALWAYS make sure your OneDrive account is synced correctly.
