Continia Dashboard Disappearing

  1. Have users hold the SHIFT key and click refresh, which will clear their cache and refresh the view.

  2. Alternatively, you can switch the user's role to something else like AMS-ADMIN under user profile settings, have them refresh, then switch their role back and have them refresh.

  3. Running "Synchronize with Continia Online" under tasks resolves this issue. 

    Login to Business Central and search for "Synchronize with Continia Online". It should show up as a task. Click to run this task. You will receive an error that expense management will not run. This is normal as we do not utilize this module.
