Club Email Setup
Hi,
To set up a club format, please see the form here: https://queensuniversityams.formstack.com/forms/new_club_email
Please ensure you submit:
- The main AMS-approved email you want to use for your club (e.g., pasta@clubs.queensu.ca)
- An email where we can send your login information
- A phone number in case we need to set up two-factor authentication
If your club has other executives who also need an email address, please list their position titles (like 'Fundraising Director' or 'Social Coordinator'). We will create an email based on your club's main email. For example:
Every year in August, the extra emails for executives will be reviewed and finalized to they match with your most up-to-date executive team.
Once you submit a form, you'll receive login information for your new AMS-ratified club email account to your current listed email account!
