Import User Into Dynamics 365 TO IMPORT A USER INTO DYNAMICS 365 Assign a Dynamics 365 license to the user through the O365 Admin Portal. The license type will be as follows. In the Dynamics 365 Platform go to the following module: Users -> Process -> Update users from Microsoft 365 After the import is completed, users with appropriate licenses will be added to the Dynamics Platform.
